Daniel has been sick since birth, but he was diagnosed only four years ago. Now the boy is dependent on blood transfusions, which he receives every six weeks. The only way to overcome the disease is a bone marrow transplant. A donor suitable for Daniel was found in the international registry. But before the transplant, the boy needs to undergo therapy with the drug "Reblozil": due to blood transfusions, the child's body accumulates excess iron, and the drug will help cope with this complication. Now six bottles of the drug are needed, costing 11090$.
